Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TITAN COMPLETE SERVICE LLC (“Titan”, “we”) does with the information you send through this website. Questions or requests: titancompleteser@gmail.com or 703-870-0113.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the estimate, emergency and question forms:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the property address or ZIP code, and whether you are a homeowner, landlord, property manager or business;
• the service you need, your description of the work, preferred start date, and how and when to contact you;
• any photos you choose to attach.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. To stop spam, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from automated programs. We keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to 24 hours to limit repeated submissions; we do not store your IP address itself.

How we use it

• to reply to you, prepare a preliminary estimate and schedule any work you ask for;
• to keep a record of the request and the work done;
• to protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Your photos

Photos sent with a request are stored privately and can be viewed only by authorised Titan staff. Location data (GPS) and other hidden information inside photo files is removed when they are uploaded. We will never publish your photos on this website or elsewhere without your permission.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run this website, each only for its specific purpose:

• Vercel, to host the website;
• Supabase, to store form submissions and photos in a secured database;
• Resend, to deliver the notification email that tells Titan a request has arrived;
• Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam protection.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Requests that lead to work, and their photos: up to 24 months after the job is closed.
• Requests that do not lead to work: up to 12 months.
• Spam-protection records: 24 hours.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing titancompleteser@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

Security

The website uses encrypted connections. Submitted information is stored with access restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging property work. It is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
