Service descriptions are general information. The scope, method and price of any job are confirmed with you directly before work begins.
Estimates
Online estimates are preliminary and based on the information provided. An inspection, measurements, or additional information may be required to determine the final price. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular price or appointment time.
Scheduling and urgent requests
Response times depend on availability and the scope of the work. Titan is not a 24-hour emergency service. Sending a request, including an emergency request, does not by itself book an appointment. In a life-threatening situation, call 911.
Licensed and permitted work
Some work, including certain electrical, plumbing, gas and roofing work, depends on applicable licensing, permits and safety requirements. Where a licensed trade or permit is required, Titan will tell you and arrange or quote the work accordingly.
What you send us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you upload. Please don't use the forms to send spam, harmful files, or anything unrelated to a property request.
Photographs and content
The Titan name and logo belong to TITAN COMPLETE SERVICE LLC. Some photographs on this site are illustrative images from other photographers, used under their licences and listed on the photo credits page; they are not photos of Titan projects.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Titan is not liable for losses arising from the use of the website itself. Work Titan performs is governed by the agreement for that job.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
